At GYEON, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all GYEON designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
